Freedom Trading Forms
If you are a new client to BIAS you will need to complete the following form:

• BIAS Application

Your Account Executive may also ask you to complete the some of the following forms:

• BIAStrade.com Registration
• BIAS Corporate Resolution
• BIAS Local Share Trading Agreement
• Pershing Application
• Pershing Margin Agreement
• Pershing Option Agreement
• ProCash Plus Application

You will also need to bring the following documentation to your initial meeting with your BIAS Account Executive

• Original Passport
• Original Utility Bill, which shows your permanent street address

Corporate Accounts will also require the following:

• Original Certificate of Incorporation
• Original List of Signatories
• Original or Notarized copies of Passports for all Signatories
