INVESTMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

We are offering Bermudian University Graduates with the opportunity of participating in an exciting career managing investments!

We value individuals who can work in a constantly changing environment, are keen to learn and be the best in their field. In order for you to achieve a high level of success we offer:

          Year one
          Completion of the Canadian Securities Course or the US "Series 7"
          examination.

          Year two
          Completion of the CFA level 1.

Both courses will be paid in full by BIAS upon completion.

Candidates must have a University Degree with good mathematical and analytical skills.

Individual must have a positive outlook combined with the determination to succeed.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Candidates will gain invaluable practical experience in investment operations, valuation accounting, business development/marketing and portfolio management by rotating every 3-6 months depending on company requirements.

Candidates will be offered a permanent position with BIAS after completing the two years Investment Trainee Program, subject to business conditions.
