If you sign up for BIAStrade.com
you will also be able to:

Best of all these accounts are administered locally. While our custodian is in the US, your BIAS office is local. This means that we’re already aware of issues that might affect non US residents.
Additionally we have experience in processing transactions for our local clients like Exercising Employee Stock Options.
The minimum accounts size for Freedom Trading is $200,000, although clients with under $200,000 are encouraged to also join the BIAS WealthBuilder where a minimum account size is $10,000 together with a regular monthly contribution of $500.
Upon request, consultation with an investment
advisor at a professional hourly rate charge is available. This
service is free for Freedom Trading clients who also join the BIAS
WealthBuilder.
